Theft of Whomix remixes

Over the weekend, it came to my attention that the YouTube user DRWHOremixer has stolen remixes from Whomix and other sources, and posted them to his YouTube account while directly claiming credit for them and attempting to pass them off as his own work without providing credit to the people who worked long and hard on their creation. I wrote him an email and a YouTube message on Sunday asking him to either change the descriptions of your remixes to acknowledge their respective creators, or remove the videos from his account. I asked him to respond no later than this morning. I have heard nothing.

I am interpreting this as an unwillingness to cooperate and resolve this matter in an agreeable way. I am in the process of escalating this matter to YouTube and ensuring that action is taken against him for the brazen theft of the work of others. What this person has done is shameful, and the lack of maturity and unwillingness to respond and take responsibility for this is petty.

I want to make sure that this matter gets dealt with one way or another, and for that, I need help. Please flag these videos as Spam > Misleading Text. In addition, please leave comments on these videos identifying them as the frauds that they are. Here is a sample comment that I have written:

This remix is Steve Titford’s “Rocked Radiophonic” from Whomix. Every mix posted under this account has been stolen from the Whomix website and DRWHOremixes is passing them off as his own. I am in the process of reporting all of his videos as well as his user account to YouTube. Please flag this video as Spam > Misleading Text and do not allow DRWHOremixes to get away with this.

If you are able to name the remixes he has stolen, please leave a comment or send me a message. I am keeping a running list here.

Any help or advice would be most welcome.
